Air Fryer Gratinated Champignon Mushrooms are a very tasty and quick-to-prepare side dish. Very few ingredients for an easy and flavorful dish that you can pair with a meat main course.
If you don’t feel like cleaning and slicing the mushrooms, you can even buy them ready-to-use, making it even quicker!
For this recipe, I used giant champignons that are very tasty, but smaller ones work just fine.

How to Prepare Air Fryer Gratinated Champignon Mushrooms
Clean and slice the mushrooms into slices at least half a centimeter thick.
Place them in a baking tray (I used a paper one) then sprinkle over the breadcrumbs, chopped parsley, grated cheese, salt, and pepper.
Finish with a spray of oil and cook the mushrooms for 12 minutes at 390°F. Serve them hot.
Cooking times may slightly vary depending on the model of air fryer you own, always check the cooking.
