Cherry Tomato Bruschetta in the air fryer is a classic that cannot be missing on Italian tables in spring and summer. Quick to prepare but especially delicious at this time since cherry tomatoes are in season and full of flavor, but they are good all year round!
You can season the cherry tomatoes with whatever herbs you prefer, such as marjoram, oregano, thyme… I like them all and sometimes I make a mix of flavors, the important thing is to let them marinate well for about half an hour.
If you prefer, you can toast the bread in the oven or pan, but you will need to increase the time and cooking temperature.
If you don’t have an air fryer yet but are considering buying one, I recommend one like mine because I find it wonderful, you can find the links in the recommended tools!

How to Prepare Cherry Tomato Bruschetta in Air Fryer
Chop the cherry tomatoes, place them in a bowl, and season with oil, salt, oregano, garlic, and balsamic vinegar. Mix well and let rest for about 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, toast the slices of bread for 7 minutes at 347°F, turning them halfway through cooking.
Top each slice of bread with some cherry tomatoes and a tablespoon of the juice they released. Serve immediately.
Cooking times may vary depending on the model of air fryer you own, always check the cooking.
