Ham and cheese crepes in air fryer, a tasty and creamy main dish that you can fill with the cheeses you like best.
These crepes are one of those dishes that takes me back to the 90s, when I would eat them on Sundays with family or on special occasions like holidays.
You can fill them in many different ways, today I made them with cooked ham, Edam, and crescenza, a simple yet delicious filling.

How to Make Ham and Cheese Crepes in Air Fryer
Break the eggs into a bowl, add the salt, milk, melted butter, and mix with a whisk.
Add the flour and continue mixing with the whisk, until you get a smooth batter without lumps.
Heat a large non-stick pan and grease the bottom with a little butter, removing the excess with a piece of paper towel.
Pour a ladle of batter, spread it with the dedicated spatula and let it cook for about a minute, flip the crepe and cook it on the other side for a minute.
Once cooked, place it on a plate and continue stacking them on top of each other until you finish the batter.
On each crepe, put some béchamel sauce, the cheeses, and the ham.
Fold in half and then again in half, forming triangles and place the crepes in a baking pan.
Add the béchamel sauce and the grated cheese and cook in the air fryer at 356°F for 12 minutes.
Cooking times may vary depending on the model of air fryer you own, always check the cooking.
