Tomini with Speck in Air Fryer

Tomini with speck in the air fryer are a delicious main course that you can prepare in no time. Soft inside, when you cut them, the cheese oozes out, making them a delight for the palate.

When we have a barbecue with meat and vegetables, tomini are a must, but lighting the grill is a long task that we don’t always feel like doing, also because then everything needs to be cleaned.

To solve this, today I cooked the tomini in the air fryer, and in just a few minutes they turned out fantastic. You can cook classic tomini without speck in the same way.

  • 4 tomini
  • 4 slices speck

How to Prepare Tomini with Speck in the Air Fryer

  • Lay a slice of speck on the cutting board, place a tomino in the center, and fold the ends. Continue until all ingredients are used.

    Place all the tomini on a piece of parchment paper and lay them on the grill.

    Cook at 330°F for 4 minutes, then check the cooking. Touch the center of the cheese with a finger; it should be soft. If it’s not soft yet, increase the cooking time by 30 seconds.

    Serve the tomini hot.
