Air Fryer Carrot Sticks are a tasty side dish that you can pair with any meal. They are flavorful, tender, and ideal to prepare when you have little time, for example, for a quick lunch because they are made quickly and you can flavor them as you like.
This is a very simple recipe! I used chives, but you can add or replace them with parsley or any aromatic herb you prefer, fresh or dried.

How to Prepare Air Fryer Carrot Sticks
Peel the carrots and slice them lengthwise and then into sticks. Place them in a baking tray (I used paper ones) and add salt, a drizzle of olive oil, chives, and breadcrumbs.

Cook at 385°F for 10 minutes, stir, and continue cooking for another 5 minutes. Serve the carrot sticks while still hot.
