Nutellotti – Nutella cookies in air fryer

The Nutellotti in air fryer are delicious cookies made with only 3 ingredients: Nutella is used both in the dough and on top as a filling.

They are easy to prepare and also very tasty. With the recipe quantities, you get 14 cookies, and I cooked them all at once. The only problem is they are so good you can’t stop eating them once they are on the table!

I love this recipe because it’s simple and very quick to prepare. I made it with my son who enjoyed making them and even more eating them… You’ll only dirty one bowl because they don’t need to be rolled and cut out with a rolling pin like classic cookies. You form balls with your hands, like making meatballs.

Of course, if you don’t have an air fryer, you can also bake these Nutella cookies in the oven. At the end of the recipe, you’ll find the baking instructions.

Ingredients for 14 Nutellotti – Nutella cookies in air fryer

  • 6.35 oz Nutella®
  • 1.25 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 egg (large)
  • 14 teaspoons Nutella®

How to prepare Nutellotti – Nutella cookies in air fryer

  • Put the Nutella, flour, and egg in a bowl. Work the ingredients with a fork, then continue with your hands until you get a smooth dough.

    Form balls (I made 14) and place them on a plate.

  • Press the center of each ball with the tip of a finger to create a cavity and place them inside the air fryer basket, on a sheet of appropriate baking paper. Leave them slightly apart because they will swell a little.

    Cook the cookies for 10 minutes at 329°F.

  • Let the cookies cool completely and fill them all with a teaspoon of Nutella in the hole in the center. Place them on a serving plate and serve.

    Of course, follow the recipe and bake them in a fan oven at 347°F for about 12 minutes.

  • How do I store them?

    You can put them in an airtight container, in a single layer, for a couple of days.
