Air Fryer Chicken Drumsticks are a great main course, spicy and flavorful, that kids also love. The chicken cooked this way stays tender and juicy inside but crispy on the outside, and you can serve it with a side of potatoes cooking everything together, as I did. You can season the chicken with a meat seasoning, which you can also find at the supermarket, or you can make Aromatic Salt for Meats and Vegetables at home.
This is one of the classic recipes to try when you’ve just bought an air fryer; you try it, eat it, and never stop!

Preparing this dish is very simple, I often make it when I don’t have time (or the desire) to cook because it takes very little to bring a tasty dinner to the table. While it’s cooking, I organize other things in the house or sit on the couch to browse a magazine; sometimes you need a little time for yourself!
In the kitchen, let your imagination run wild because it’s essential and if you’re out of ideas, follow me, I’ll give you some tips!

How to Prepare Air Fryer Chicken Drumsticks
Season the chicken drumsticks with chopped herbs; I used rosemary, sage, garlic, and bay leaf. Place them in the air fryer basket and cook at 392°F for 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, thoroughly wash the potatoes under water, without peeling them, and cut them into pieces. Season the potatoes with the chopped herbs, a pinch of salt, and a bit of oil, mix them well, and when the fryer beeps, put them in the basket and turn the drumsticks.
Continue cooking for another 25 minutes, stirring and turning the drumsticks a couple of times.
Salt and serve the chicken drumsticks with hot potatoes.
Notes
Cooking times may vary depending on the model of the air fryer you own, always check the cooking.
