How to Prepare Air Fryer Cherry Tomatoes Confit

  • Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half. Place them in the air fryer with the cut side up and add salt, sugar, and herbs.

  • Cook at 320°F for 10 minutes, then increase the temperature to 340°F for 5 minutes and finish at 375°F for the last 5 minutes. Let the tomatoes cool before serving.
