Gratinated Sweet Potato Sticks

Gratinated Sweet Potato Sticks are the ideal side dish for both meat and fish dishes. They are quick to prepare and have a delicate taste.
Also known as American potatoes or yams, they actually don’t have much in common with classic potatoes. They have a sweet flavor and can also be eaten raw, containing lots of fibers and are very healthy.

Yams are not very well-known, but I find them particularly good and cook them often.
