Ingredients

  • 3 potatoes
  • to taste extra virgin olive oil
  • to taste salt
  • to taste paprika
  • to taste rosemary

How to prepare layered potatoes

  • Peel the potatoes and then slice them very thinly with a mandoline or slicer, rinse them thoroughly with cold water until the water runs clear.

  • Place them in a bowl and season with oil and the spices you like best.

  • Wet and wring out a sheet of parchment paper and place it in a loaf tin or use a silicone mold.

  • Place the seasoned potato slices inside with a drizzle of oil and bake on the lower rack of the oven at 356°F (180°C) for about 40 minutes.

Storage and tips for layered potatoes

You can store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Make sure to choose potatoes all of the same size for even cooking.
