- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 cup walnut kernels
- 2 bananas
- 2 eggs

Steps
The oatmeal and banana cake is very simple and quick to make, first put the oat flakes and baking powder in a chopper and blend them until they become flour. If you already have the flour, skip this step and add the baking powder later.
Put the oat flour in a bowl. In the same chopper, put the bananas, eggs, peanut butter, honey, vanilla, and blend all the ingredients, you will get a creamy mix.
Add the mixture to the oat flour and mix, then add the chocolate chips, chopped walnut kernels, and mix well to combine all the ingredients.
Transfer the dough to a baking pan lined with parchment paper, level it well and add a bit of chocolate chips and chopped walnut kernels on top, then bake the oatmeal cake in a preheated oven at 340°F (170°C) for 30/35 minutes, use a fork to check the cooking.
Tips:
The oatmeal cake keeps at room temperature for 4/5 days. You can substitute honey with maple syrup or agave syrup. Instead of peanut butter, you can use another nut spread of your choice. You can replace the walnuts with almonds, hazelnuts, or other nuts. If you don’t want to add chocolate chips, you can simply omit them. If you want to make it without eggs, follow this recipe.
