- Difficulty: Easy

- Cuisine: Italian
- Seasonality: All Seasons
Ingredients
- 7 oz feta
- 2 tbsps extra virgin olive oil
- 3 potatoes
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 sprig parsley
- to taste black pepper
- to taste paprika
- to taste oregano
Steps
The baked potatoes and feta are very simple and quick to prepare, first peel the potatoes, cut them into chunks and place them in a baking dish, season with extra virgin olive oil and bake in a preheated oven at 390°F for 25 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking.
Remove the potatoes from the oven, add the crumbled feta, chopped garlic and parsley, black pepper, paprika, oregano, and mix all the ingredients well.
Bake the potatoes and feta again (still at 390°F) for another 10 minutes, and they are ready to enjoy!
Tips:
The baked potatoes and feta can be stored in the fridge for a couple of days. I didn’t add salt because the feta is already quite salty. You can also cook them in an air fryer, first just the potatoes at 375°F for 18-20 minutes and then for another 6-7 minutes after adding the feta and other ingredients.
