The baked apple pancake is a super quick, light, and incredibly tasty dessert that I’m sure you’ll love! A few days ago, I made the pizza crepe which you liked so much, and I wanted to try making it in a sweet version using apples as the fruit. The result? A truly delicious, soft and fragrant treat that resembles pancakes or crepes, a bit of everything, you can also make it dairy-free, prepare the batter in 2 minutes, add the fruit, and into the oven, a few minutes of baking, and this butter-free and not fried delight is ready. The baked apple pancake is perfect for breakfast, as a snack, or at the end of a meal, it’s fragrant and delightful, with a sugar and cinnamon topping, it’s a spectacle!
