The baked apple pancake is a super quick, light, and incredibly tasty dessert that I’m sure you’ll love! A few days ago, I made the pizza crepe which you liked so much, and I wanted to try making it in a sweet version using apples as the fruit. The result? A truly delicious, soft and fragrant treat that resembles pancakes or crepes, a bit of everything, you can also make it dairy-free, prepare the batter in 2 minutes, add the fruit, and into the oven, a few minutes of baking, and this butter-free and not fried delight is ready. The baked apple pancake is perfect for breakfast, as a snack, or at the end of a meal, it’s fragrant and delightful, with a sugar and cinnamon topping, it’s a spectacle!

- 14 oz milk
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 3 apples
- 2 eggs
- to taste vanilla
- to taste sugar and cinnamon (for the surface)
Steps
The baked apple pancake is very simple and quick to prepare, first peel the apples and cut them into small pieces.
In a bowl, combine the milk, eggs, vegetable oil, sugar, flour, and vanilla, and mix all the ingredients well.
Pour the batter into a non-stick pan lightly greased with a little oil (or lined with parchment paper) and place the apples on top, distributing them evenly.
Bake the baked apple pancake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 20/25 minutes, it should be golden brown.
You can garnish the baked apple pancake with a dusting of powdered sugar or, as I did, sprinkle some granulated sugar and cinnamon powder on the surface, mixed beforehand.
Tips:
The baked apple pancake can be stored at room temperature for 2/3 days. Instead of regular milk, you can also use a plant-based milk.
