The almond galette is a quick, simple, and delicious dessert, a kind of fragrant and crispy almond pastry, perfect for breakfast, as a snack, or at the end of a meal. I had some almond flakes expiring, 3 leftover egg whites from a nice carbonara, and I wanted to use them to make a tasty treat that literally flew off the plate. The almond galette is ready in 5 minutes and you can bake it in the oven or air fryer. A tip, if you want to make it even more delicious, dip the pieces halfway in melted chocolate; they will be an explosion of goodness!
