The chocolate salami with yogurt is a simple and delicious recipe, a no-bake fresh and tasty dessert. I adore chocolate salami and have made many types. This time, I incorporated yogurt into the mix. It’s delightful! You can prepare chocolate salami with yogurt in 5 minutes with only 3 ingredients, without eggs, butter, or sugar, there’s no cooking involved, and it’s incredibly delicious. You can use your favorite yogurt flavor (or plain/Greek as I did) and choose any chocolate you like (milk, dark, or white, or a mix). Whatever you choose, you’ll get a truly amazing treat!

Ingredients
- 9 oz plain biscuits
- 5 oz chocolate
- 5 oz plain yogurt (unsweetened)
- as needed unsweetened cocoa powder (for covering)
Steps
Chocolate salami with yogurt is very simple and quick to prepare. First, melt the chocolate in the microwave or in a bain-marie. You can use milk, white, or dark chocolate, I used a mix of all three.
Put the biscuits in a bowl and crush them unevenly. I pounded them with a mortar’s pestle.
Add the yogurt and melted chocolate to the biscuits and mix all the ingredients well.
Transfer the mixture onto two sheets of plastic wrap and form a log, wrap the chocolate salami with yogurt like a candy, and refrigerate for at least a couple of hours to set.
Once set, unwrap the chocolate salami with yogurt and cover it with a dusting of unsweetened cocoa powder, then slice and serve.
Tips:
Chocolate salami with yogurt can be stored in the fridge for 3/4 days. You can use your preferred yogurt, either plain or flavored (vanilla, coffee, coconut). I chose unsweetened yogurt, having used milk and white chocolate as well. If you use only dark chocolate and since there are no added sugars, you may want to use sweetened yogurt for balance.
