Zucchini Mini Pizzas

in

The zucchini mini pizzas are super soft mini pizzas without yeast, with yogurt in the dough. I wanted to prepare mini pizzas for dinner, but at the last minute, I realized I didn’t have tomatoes, so I topped them with zucchini and smoked cheese. What a marvel! The zucchini mini pizzas are stringy and incredibly soft, too tempting, perfect as a dinner saver, excellent as an appetizer or for an aperitif, they literally disappear!
