Eggs in paradise are truly a heavenly recipe! You’ve surely eaten or heard of eggs in purgatory cooked in tomato sauce. Today, I wanted to offer you a variant that I personally love. I cooked the eggs not in tomato sauce but in a rich, creamy, and incredibly tasty meat ragù, also adding a bit of mozzarella. I used Il Mio Gran Ragù Star Extra Gusto, a delicious ragù made with 100% Italian meat, and it turned out amazing! Creamy, stretchy, and super tasty, eggs in paradise are a truly special main dish. Prepare a nice loaf of bread because you’ll need it for dipping!
