- Half glass extra virgin olive oil
- Half glass grated Parmesan cheese

Steps
Glass cup crackers are super easy and quick to prepare, first, put the eggs, milk, extra virgin olive oil, salt, black pepper, chopped rosemary in a bowl and mix with a fork.
Add the grated Parmesan cheese, flour, yeast, and form a soft and compact dough, then incorporate the diced bacon (sweet or smoked).
Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface to a thickness of about 1/5 inch, and with a shape of your choice (or directly with a knife), cut out the glass cup crackers.
Place the glass cup crackers on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for about 15 minutes.
Notes:
Glass cup crackers can be stored at room temperature, in an airtight bag, for 3-4 days. Instead of bacon, you can use the ingredients you prefer, other cold cuts like cooked ham, speck, salami, mortadella or, for a vegetarian version, black or green olives, sun-dried tomatoes, or leave them plain.
