Large chocolate chip cookies are butter-free cookies that are simple, very easy, and quick to prepare. I love this type of dessert and thought of making small cookies with a super quick dough, to which I added chocolate chips to make them more delicious. I made a single log that I then cut into pieces. The large chocolate chip cookies are delicious on their own and perfect for dipping in milk, cappuccino, or hot chocolate. Perfect for breakfast, a snack, or a treat, they are soft and crispy at the same time, and will be loved by both adults and children!

- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 egg
- 1 packet baking powder
- 1 pinch salt

Steps
The large chocolate chip cookies are super easy and quick to prepare. First, put the flour, sugar, baking powder, a pinch of salt, vanilla, oil, and milk in a bowl and mix quickly with a fork.
Add the egg and form a soft and compact dough, then incorporate the dark chocolate chips.
Work the dough on a work surface and form a sausage shape, transfer it to a baking tray lined with parchment paper, and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 35-40 minutes.
After the baking time, remove the dessert from the oven and cut it into pieces approximately 3/4 inch thick, thus obtaining large chocolate chip cookies.
Notes:
The large chocolate chip cookies can be stored at room temperature for 4-5 days. After cutting, there is no need to dry them in the oven; they should not become like biscotti. If you want to use butter instead of oil, use 60g.
