The flatbread chips are super quick and clever savory snacks. I wanted to whip up a quick appetizer for friends who stopped by at the last minute. I had very little at home and decided to make some spicy nachos using classic flatbreads, to go with a nice cocktail. They vanished in no time! Flatbread chips are crispy and delicious, ready in just 10 minutes. Try one and you won’t be able to stop, be careful because they are addictive 😀

- 3/4 cup plain yogurt (unsweetened, or Greek)
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

Steps
Flatbread chips are super easy and quick to prepare. First, take the flatbreads and cut them into triangles (first cut into 4 strips and then cut each strip diagonally to get small triangles).
Place the flatbread chips on a baking sheet, brush them with a little extra virgin olive oil, then sprinkle a bit of salt, rosemary, paprika, and oregano on top. Bake them in a preheated oven at 392°F for 5 minutes, be careful as they brown quickly.
Prepare the yogurt sauce by mixing the unsweetened yogurt (or Greek) with oil, lemon juice, black pepper, chives, and garlic powder.
Notes:
Flatbread chips can be stored at room temperature for a couple of days. Keep them in an airtight container to preserve their crunchiness. You can enhance them with your favorite spices.
