Ingredients
- 3.5 oz turkey breast
- 3.5 oz scamorza cheese
- 1 roll puff pastry (rectangular)
- to taste black pepper
- to taste oregano
- to taste milk

● Savory puff pastry rosettes are super easy and quick to prepare. First, cut the turkey breast and scamorza cheese into small pieces and put them in a small bowl. Add black pepper, oregano, and mix.
● Unroll the puff pastry and cut it into 4 parts vertically and into 3 parts horizontally, resulting in 12 pieces.
● Cut all the corners of each piece of pastry; the cuts should be about 0.8 inches (2 cm). Fill the center of each pastry with a bit of the previously prepared filling and close them by folding each side around the filling.
● Arrange the savory puff pastry rosettes obtained this way on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper (you can use the parchment that comes with the pastry), brush them with a little milk, and bake in a preheated oven at 392°F (200°C) for about 20 minutes until golden brown.

Savory puff pastry rosettes can be kept at room temperature for a few hours or in the fridge for a couple of days. You can customize the filling with any ingredients you like, using different cold cuts and cheeses, vegetables, tuna, salmon, or anything else you prefer.
