Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups coconut flour
  • 1 3/4 oz dark chocolate
  • 1 3/4 tbsp honey
  • 3 egg whites
  • as needed coconut flour

Steps

  • ● The coconut and chocolate pastries are very simple and quick to prepare. First, put the egg whites, honey, and coconut flour in a bowl and mix to form a soft and homogeneous mixture.

  • ● Take a bit of the mixture, flatten it on the palm of your hand, and form a circle. If you prefer, you can also use a round cookie cutter to achieve a perfect shape.

  • ● Place the coconut and chocolate pastries on a baking sheet and bake them in a preheated oven at 350°F for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler or microwave.

  • ● Take the cookies out of the oven and add a little melted chocolate and coconut flour on top.

  • ● Allow the coconut and chocolate pastries to cool completely before consuming or storing them.

Notes:

The coconut and chocolate pastries can be stored at room temperature for 3-4 days. Instead of honey, you can use maple syrup.
