Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups oats
- 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips
- 2 tbsps peanut butter
- 2 tbsps maple syrup
- 1 banana (ripe)
Steps
● The oat squares are super easy and quick to prepare, first peel the banana and mash it with a fork.
● Add the peanut butter, maple syrup, and mix, add the oats, dark chocolate chips, and combine everything well.
● Transfer the mixture into a pan lined with parchment paper and level it well, bake the dessert in a preheated oven at 392°F for 15 minutes, then remove it from the mold and cut the oat squares.
Notes:
The oat squares keep at room temperature for 3 days. You can enrich them by adding dried or dehydrated fruits as you like. You can substitute maple syrup with honey
