The tasty potatoes are a quick and delicious vegetable side dish. I called them this way because they are really super tasty, they are prepared in a few minutes and are soft inside and crunchy and golden outside. The tasty potatoes are parboiled and then baked, which gives them an extra crunchiness, thanks also to the cut with the specific tool (but you can also use a classic knife) and a spice mix that makes them super tasty! They are also perfect as an appetizer or for an aperitif!

Ingredients
- 1.1 lbs potatoes (already cleaned)
- 2 tbsps extra virgin olive oil
- to taste salt
- to taste black pepper
- to taste paprika
- to taste rosemary
- to taste garlic powder
Steps
Tasty potatoes are super easy and quick to prepare, first peel the potatoes and cut them into sticks, to make them more tasty and crunchy, I cut them with a wavy knife like this.
Put the potatoes in a pot with cold water, bring them to a boil, cook them for a couple of minutes, drain them and dry them well.
In a bowl, put the potatoes, extra virgin olive oil, rosemary, paprika, garlic powder, black pepper, and mix all the ingredients well.
Transfer the tasty potatoes to a baking dish (preferably non-stick and without baking paper) and bake them in a preheated oven at 428°F for 15 minutes.
The tasty potatoes are ready, salt them and serve.
Notes:
The tasty potatoes keep at room temperature for a few hours. You can flavor the potatoes with your favorite spices.
