The ham cutlets are a delicious recipe, easy, super quick, and very tasty. I had bought some cooked ham for a ‘toast night’, but last minute, I realized I had very few slices of sandwich bread, so I decided to make some delicious cutlets, in just 10 minutes, a variant of the classic meat ones, simple, tasty, tender inside and crispy outside, you can cook them both in a pan or in the oven or an air fryer; they will be loved by both adults and children!

Steps
Ham cutlets are super easy and quick to prepare. First, put the slices of cooked ham, the egg, the bread crumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, a pinch of salt in a food processor, and blend all the ingredients until you get a homogeneous mixture.
Take some of the mixture with a spoon and form the cutlets, they should be about 0.4 inches thick.
Pass the ham cutlets in flour, then in beaten egg, and finally in breadcrumbs.
Cook the ham cutlets in a pan with a little extra virgin olive oil for about ten minutes on each side over medium heat.
Advice:
Ham cutlets can be stored at room temperature for a few hours or in the fridge for a couple of days. You can also cook them in the oven (392°F for 15 minutes) or in an air fryer (392°F for 10/12 minutes).
