- 1 slice bruschetta bread (divided into 4 parts)
- 10 oz spinach, cooked, boiled
- 1 clove red garlic
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- to taste fine salt
- to taste mixed peppercorns (freshly ground, according to your taste)
Preparation of Vegan Crostini with Spinach
First, clean the spinach, boil them in lightly salted water, and once cooked, drain them very well.
In a pan, heat the oil and sauté the cleaned and chopped garlic until golden, then add the spinach and sauté them in the pan, stirring over medium heat for 5 minutes, add the pepper according to your taste, turn off the heat and set aside.
Toast the slices of bread on both sides in a non-stick pan (or in the oven or on a cast iron griddle), once toasted, place them on the serving plate.
