Ingredients
- 1 cup cup ricotta
- 1/4 cup cup sugar
- 1/4 cup cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 roll puff pastry (rectangular)
- 1 egg
- to taste vanilla
- to taste powdered sugar
Steps
Ricotta puff pastries with chocolate chips are very simple and quick to prepare. First, put the ricotta, sugar, and vanilla in a bowl and mix with a fork, then add the dark chocolate chips.
Unroll the puff pastry and fill half of it with the ricotta and chocolate chip cream. Close the pastry, seal the edges well, and fold them over.
Brush the surface of the pastry with beaten egg, cut it into 4 vertical sections and 6 horizontal sections without separating them.
Transfer the pastry onto a baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 356°F for 20-25 minutes, garnish it with a sprinkle of powdered sugar, and separate the ricotta puff pastries with chocolate chips.
Notes:
