Chicken Bites with Peppers in a Pan, a creamy, tasty, and flavorful main course, prepared in no time to achieve very tender meat, accompanied by a side of sautéed peppers.

In just a few minutes and with a few simple ingredients, we can serve a complete and really enticing main course, very easy and quick to prepare, perfect for any occasion like a dinner with friends, or a last-minute lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

  • 10.5 oz chicken breast
  • 2 peppers
  • to taste flour
  • to taste extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 walnuts butter
  • 1/4 cup dry white wine
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper

Steps to Prepare Chicken Bites with Peppers in a Pan

  • Cut the chicken breast into pieces, place them in a bowl, pour 2-3 tablespoons of flour, and mix to coat all the pieces of meat evenly.

  • In a non-stick pan, melt the butter in the oil.

    Shake the chicken bites to remove excess flour (you can also place them in a sieve to remove the flour, but I prefer to shake one piece at a time) and put them in the pan, browning well, turning them often with a silicone spatula or tongs.

    Meanwhile, wash the peppers, remove the seeds and white filaments, then cut them into strips.

  • When the chicken bites are well browned on all sides, deglaze with white wine and let it evaporate completely.

    Add the peppers, season with salt and pepper, and let everything cook with the lid on, stirring often.

  • At the end of cooking, it will take about 15 minutes, the peppers should be tender but not mushy. Adjust the salt and pepper if necessary and serve these flavorful and very tender Chicken Bites with Peppers in a Pan on the table.

    If you like, you can also add some freshly chopped parsley at the end of cooking.
