The Quick and Easy No-Bake Strawberry Cake is a delicious and simple dessert, a cross between a semifreddo and a cheesecake, prepared without cooking anything, all cold.

Strawberry Frozen Yogurt – Easy Yogurt Ice Cream without Ice Cream Maker

Ingredients for a 9-inch Springform Pan
- 6 packages biscuits (Pavesini)
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 7 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp vanilla essence (Paneangeli)
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 2 cups sweetened whipped cream
- 2 lbs strawberries

- 1 Pan 9-inch springform
- 1 Blender / Mixer
- 1 Spatula
- 2 Bowls
Steps
First, dampen the 9-inch springform pan and line it with plastic wrap.
Wash the strawberries and cut them into pieces, saving 2-3 for the final decoration.
Whip the cream and set aside.
In a bowl, work the cream cheese with electric beaters to soften it, then add the condensed milk, essence, and lemon juice and beat until smooth.
Combine the mixture just obtained with half of the whipped cream and mix gently with a spatula, with movements from bottom to top.
Then add the strawberries, saving a few tablespoons for the final decoration, and mix gently.
Pour 2-3 tablespoons of the strawberry mixture into the pan and smooth it with a spatula. Line the sides of the pan with the Pavesini, placing the flat side of the cookie facing inwards. Pour half of the strawberry mixture and smooth.
Form a layer of Pavesini, cover with the remaining strawberry mixture, and form a final layer of Pavesini.
Cover the pan with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 5-6 hours, preferably overnight.
Remove the plastic wrap, place the serving plate on the pan and invert the cake onto it. Remove the pan and gently peel off the plastic wrap.
Cover the cake’s surface with the remaining whipped cream, decorate with sliced and whole strawberries, and enjoy this delicate and irresistible Quick and Easy No-Bake Strawberry Cake.
How to Store the Quick and Easy No-Bake Strawberry Cake
Store the cake in the refrigerator and consume it within 3 days.
It is possible to freeze the Strawberry Cake, sealed in an airtight container, and, when ready to serve, remove it at least 10 minutes before consuming.
