  • After half an hour, use a paper towel to spread a little butter on the pan and place it over the heat.

Let it cook on medium heat for 3 minutes, then help with the spatula to flip it, and cook the other side for a few more seconds.

  • Once you’ve finished cooking all the crepes, move on to the filling.

Fold the edges of the crepe inward, spread Nutella, then roll it up.

Drizzle with Nutella and sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Unfilled crepes can be stored in the refrigerator for 2 days, stacked on top of each other and covered with plastic wrap or sealed in an airtight container.
It’s best to consume crepes already filled with Nutella right away, to prevent them from becoming soggy from moisture.

👉 You can also freeze cooked crepes (without filling): separate them with parchment paper and store them in the freezer for up to 1 month. Just thaw them at room temperature or slightly warm them in a pan.

For more fragrant crepes, add a pinch of vanilla or grated lemon zest to the batter.

If serving as a dessert, complete with powdered sugar, hazelnut crumbs, or fresh strawberries

For an even more indulgent version, you can add sliced bananas or pears to the Nutella.
