Cream heart for Valentine’s Day and not just that, happy Valentine’s Day to everyone. Every day is a celebration for those who love each other, and this is the perfect day to seal it. Perhaps with this wonderful shortcrust pastry dessert with a clever cream filling. No baking and no eggs but lots of cream, mascarpone, and condensed milk. Just to celebrate love, a great love like this, like the story of two people who meet, as many do, destiny decides, they fall in love and live a beautiful love story with ups and downs, few downs and lots of love. Not just love but support with understanding and care. These are some of the many magic words that help a couple stay united. This is my story.
