- Preparation time: 10 Minutes
- Portions: 2People
- Cooking methods: Stove
Ingredients
- 2 hamburger buns
- 7 oz octopus (tentacles already boiled)
- 10.5 oz chicory
- 4.2 oz burrata stracciatella
- 6 sun-dried tomatoes in oil
- 1 clove garlic
- to taste extra virgin olive oil
- to taste salt
Steps
To make the octopus sandwich, clean and cut the chicory and cook it in plenty of boiling salted water. Once ready, drain in a colander.
In a pan, pour a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and half a clove of garlic. Heat over low flame and lightly brown the garlic.
Add the chicory and sauté in the pan for a few minutes. Salt to taste and remove the garlic.
In a pan, pour a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and half a clove of garlic (if you like, you can slice it thinly with some chopped chili). Place the pan over high heat.
Then brown the octopus tentacles on all sides, being careful not to burn yourself and not to burn it.
Cut the buns in half and toast them on a hot grill. Then fill the buns starting from the bottom: place the chicory, then the octopus, the stracciatella, and finally the sun-dried tomatoes.
Close the octopus sandwich and enjoy your meal!
