Making black cherry ice cream is really a breeze; once the vanilla ice cream is ready, just add a generous amount of black cherries to make it delicious and flavorful!

Ingredients
- 1 2/3 cups heavy cream
- 1/3 cup sugar
- vanilla extract
- black cherries in syrup

Preparation
Pour the heavy cream into a small pot and add the sugar.
Stir and heat over low flame to dissolve the sugar.
Add the vanilla extract and stir.
When the sugar is completely dissolved, turn off the heat and let the mixture cool completely first at room temperature and then in the fridge.
When the cream mixture is completely cooled, pour it into the ice cream maker and turn it on to turn the mixture into ice cream.
After a few minutes, your ice cream will have reached the desired consistency. Transfer it into bowls and top with black cherries in syrup along with their syrup.
Serve immediately so that the ice cream does not melt.
STORAGE
I recommend consuming the black cherry ice cream immediately. If there are leftovers, you can store it in the freezer for up to a week.
