Preparation of the Greek yogurt bundt cake
The preparation of the GREEK YOGURT BUNDT CAKE is very easy and quick.
In a large bowl, whisk the eggs with the sugar and a pinch of salt until the mixture is pale and frothy.
Add the Greek yogurt at room temperature, the sunflower oil, the lemon zest, and mix well.Add the sifted dry ingredients: flour, potato starch, and baking powder, and mix carefully until you get a smooth batter.
Pour the batter into a buttered and floured 9.5 in (24 cm) bundt pan. Level the surface with a spatula or a spoon.Bake in a preheated conventional oven at 356°F for 35 minutes. As always, perform the toothpick test to check for doneness.
Remove the bundt cake from the oven, let it cool completely, then unmold. Decorate with a generous dusting of powdered sugar.
Tips
You can enrich it with chocolate chips, blueberries, or chopped nuts.
