Steps to Prepare Broccoli and Cotechino
Clean the broccoli, wash them, cut the small florets, and boil them in lightly salted water for about 25 minutes, then drain and set aside.
Cook the cotechino according to the instructions (usually boiled in its packaging for 20 minutes), once cooked, drain it from the liquid it releases, and let it cool.
