Cake with Custard – Nua Cake, or the cake you make when you have leftover custard. In fact, I made the English trifle for my brother’s birthday and had a bit of custard leftover. So, after browsing the internet, I discovered the Nua cake, a simple and easy cake where custard is spooned onto the surface.
The recipe I made is easy and quick and I used my Bimby kitchen robot. Moreover, to give the cake a nicer look, I used a piping bag to pipe the custard in a spiral on the surface. The result was very pretty and also very delicious. In fact, the cake was a big hit at home. A soft and fragrant cake, ideal for breakfast or a delicious snack.
Now all that’s left is to write the recipe and let me know if you liked it!
See you soon, Susy!
