Ingredients
- 1 roll pizza dough
- 12.3 oz sausage (I use chicken and turkey)
- 21.2 oz frozen mushrooms
- to taste fine salt
- to taste extra virgin olive oil
- 1 clove garlic
- 7.1 oz provola
Tools
- Grater
Steps
Cut the sausage into pieces and cook it in a pan with a drizzle of oil until it is golden. Meanwhile, in another pan, prepare the mushrooms with garlic, oil, and salt.
Let everything cool.
Next, preheat the oven to 392°F (200°C) while you prepare the ingredients.
Take the ready-made pizza base and spread it on the baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
Evenly distribute the sausage pieces and mushrooms on the pizza base. Add grated provola on top (using a grater with large holes).
Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for about 20/22 minutes, or until the crust is golden, and the cheese is melted and slightly golden.
Once cooked, let it cool for a few minutes, then cut it into slices. Serve hot and enjoy your delicious pizza!
Enjoy your meal!
