Preparing these delicious BAKED ASPARAGUS AND PHILADELPHIA MINI FRITTATAS is really very simple and quick.
Start by sautéing the finely chopped onion in a pan with the oil for 3-4 minutes, then add the asparagus previously cleaned, cut into rounds and blanched for 5 minutes in salted water, and let them flavor for a few minutes.
In a bowl beat the eggs with the milk, the Philadelphia (cream cheese), the Parmesan, the flour and season with salt and pepper. Once the asparagus and onion mixture has cooled, transfer it to the bowl with the eggs and mix everything well.
Pour the mixture into silicone molds, filling them to the rim and bake the mini frittatas in a preheated conventional oven at 392°F for 15-20 minutes.Remove them from the oven, let them cool slightly, then unmold and enjoy their goodness and simplicity.
