- 1.6 oz mixed salad greens
- 2 slices bacon
- 1 fig
- 1 teaspoon acacia honey
- 1.8 oz feta cheese

Prepare this autumn salad with me
In a pan without any added fat, brown the strips of bacon and when they are nicely golden, break them into pieces and absorb the excess grease with the appropriate paper.
Clean the pan and put in the honey and the fig cut into 4 pieces and caramelize the fruit for a few minutes.
Assemble the dish by placing the mixed salad greens, pieces of toasted bacon, quarters of caramelized fig and finally crumble feta cheese on top.
Personally, I didn’t add any other dressing because the sweetness of the honeyed fig already blends perfectly with the sharp flavor of the feta, but if you prefer, add extra virgin olive oil, white wine vinegar, and a little salt… TO YOUR TASTE IN SHORT ^_^
