The non-alcoholic mojito is a refreshing drink to enjoy in the summer when it’s very hot, but not only then 😉
These days, the temperature is more bearable: the humidity is gone, and there is a nice dry breeze, especially in the morning and evening 🙂
Thankfully, because I was just having big saunas even while standing still.
In the summer, we drink more, and sometimes plain water gets boring, so we prefer other refreshing beverages.
After the non-alcoholic spritz, which was very popular, I wanted to try the mojito: a famous Cuban cocktail made with white rum, lime juice, sparkling mineral water or soda water, and mint leaves.
I wanted to try it without alcohol because many people don’t drink it, so in my version, I used tonic water instead of rum.
You can use sparkling mineral water or soda water instead of tonic water.
The non-alcoholic mojito is a suitable drink to enjoy during appetizers or at any other time of day.
It’s very easy and quick to prepare. What are you waiting for?
