Ingredients for 3 servings
- 2 persimmons
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 3/4 oz amaretti cookies
- 3/4 oz almonds

Steps
Place the almonds in a small pan, toast them, and then chop. Roughly crumble the amaretti and mix them with the chopped almonds. Wash the persimmons, remove the stem and peel, and cut into pieces.
Blend together with the cocoa (if you prefer a sweeter taste, add one or two teaspoons of powdered sugar). Pour the obtained cream into cups previously wetted with water or a splash of liquor; I used amaretto. Leave 1 cm (0.4 inches) from the edge and add the crumbled amaretti with the almonds (set aside 2 tablespoons for final decoration). Cover with plastic wrap and leave in the refrigerator for a few hours to set. Once ready, invert onto plates and decorate with the remaining crumbs.
