Pasta with tuna, zucchini and basil.
I love those flavorful dishes that you can prepare in a flash where the sauce cooks at the same time as the pasta — and today’s sauce is exactly one of those!
To make this dish I used one large, fresh and tender zucchini: I lightly sautéed it and then, with the heat off, added the tuna and the basil so the tuna wouldn’t take on an overpowering smell while the raw basil would give its best. A good handful of grated cheese and the dish was served… I can tell you the whole family really liked it!

How to make pasta with tuna and zucchini
Put the water for the pasta on the heat.
Cut the zucchini into chunks, sauté an onion in plenty of oil; as soon as it starts to color, add the zucchini, season with salt and cook over high heat — it will take about 20 minutes.
Turn off the heat and, with the heat off, add the tuna and the chopped basil, drain the pasta, add the sauce and the grated cheese, mix, plate and serve while still hot.
The dish is ready — you’ll see everyone will enjoy it!!!
