- 3.5 oz 00 flour (Italian '00' flour)
- 8.5 fl oz milk
- 2 eggs
- 0.9 oz unsweetened cocoa powder
- 0.9 oz powdered sugar (confectioners' sugar)

Let’s start preparing
Let’s start preparing the Cocoa Crepes: pour the whole eggs into a bowl and add the milk. Whisk for a few seconds with a hand whisk.
Add the flour and the sifted powdered sugar together with the unsweetened cocoa powder. Mix with the whisk until you obtain a smooth batter without lumps.Cover the crepe batter and let it rest for 10 minutes at room temperature
After the resting time, heat a crepe pan and rub a little piece of butter over it, remove the excess with kitchen paper and pour a small ladle of batter.
Cook the cocoa crepe for about 1 minute and then gently flip it with a spatula.
Cook the other side as well and continue in this way until all the batter is used.
Place the cocoa crepes on a plate as you cook them.
Your cocoa crepes are ready!Enjoy your meal!!
