- 1 3/4 cups red split lentils
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

- to taste marjoram

Steps
Put the red lentil flour in a bowl, add one teaspoon of salt and one teaspoon of baking soda.
