Ingredients
- 2 rolls of round puff pastry
- 9 oz of salmon-flavored spreadable cheese
- 1 egg
- to taste chia seeds
Steps
Place one roll of puff pastry with its baking paper on a baking sheet, spread the salmon-flavored spreadable cheese over it.
Cover with the other sheet of puff pastry.
Place a milk cup in the center and press down to form a circle.
Around the circle, cut 20 strips with a knife.
With each strip form little curls, join two curls together to create petals.
Brush the top with the beaten egg and sprinkle chia seeds in the center.
Bake at 356°F for 25-30 minutes, until the desired golden color is achieved.
