- 6 slices chicken breast
- 7 oz cream cheese (spreadable)
- to taste salt
- to taste pepper
- to taste dried oregano
- 1 oz grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 potatoes

How to make Chicken Rolls with Creamy Cheese
In a bowl put the spreadable cheese, the grated Parmesan, salt, pepper and oregano; mix everything well with a fork.
Arrange the slices on a cutting board, then spread the prepared cheese mixture and fill with scamorza cheese.
Roll up the slices to form the rolls, then wrap each one in pancetta.
Cut the potatoes into wedges and parboil them in salted boiling water for 7 minutes. Season them with spices, oil and a couple of tablespoons of breadcrumbs. Then arrange them in a lightly oiled baking dish. Place them in the dish alongside the meat and bake in the oven or in an air fryer at 356°F for about 30 minutes.
