The cocoa spread is a timeless classic, but industrial versions are often rich in refined oils and sugars. This recipe, instead, is healthy and natural because it uses only dates, unsweetened cocoa, water and condensed milk to achieve perfect creaminess, and it is naturally sweet thanks to the dates. Perfect for those who want a more genuine, simple and richly flavored spread.
