Rice Sheets with Salmon

As I mentioned, I literally fell in love with rice sheets: versatile, light and perfect for creating always-new recipes. After the success of the sweet rice sheets with apples and the rice sheets with bananas and chocolate, I couldn’t resist trying a savory version, and that’s how these rice sheets with salmon were born.

Crunchy on the outside and soft inside, they are a gluten-free option, simple but impressive, ideal for many occasions: aperitif, starter, light dinner or to enrich a buffet with something original and different. Also, they take only a few minutes to prepare and the air fryer lets you get perfect crispness with very little oil.

An easy and quick recipe, perfect when you want to serve a tasty, light dish with a surprising result.

Storage and tips…

The rice sheets with salmon are best just after cooking, when they are super crispy.

If you have leftovers, store them in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 1 day.

To restore crispness, heat them in the air fryer or oven for 3-5 minutes at 356°F.

Do not soak the rice sheets too long: just a few seconds are enough to soften them.
