How to make Monkfish Tail Gratin in Air Fryer
Let’s start preparing the Monkfish Tail Gratin in Air Fryer, pour the breadcrumbs into a bowl, add the crushed or very finely chopped garlic (or alternatively you can add garlic powder), then add the chopped parsley, the grated lemon zest, a pinch of salt, one tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil and mix everything well.
