Quick Savory Tart with Asparagus and Speck

today I prepared an asparagus and speck savory tart. My husband loves wild asparagus, but as I have already mentioned, he especially loves pasta. On the other hand, I like to experiment with new recipes. Today, in fact, I prepared a delicious asparagus and speck savory tart. Ingredients

  • 10 oz wild asparagus
  • 3.5 oz sliced speck
  • 3.5 oz sliced cheese
  • to taste garlic and parsley (powdered)
  • to taste oil and salt
  • 1 sheet puff pastry

Steps

  • First, remove the tough parts of the asparagus, cut them into pieces, and sauté them with oil, garlic, and powdered parsley for about 10 minutes.

  • Roll out the puff pastry sheet on the baking pan, leaving its parchment paper, and add a bit of cooked asparagus to the bottom.

  • Add the speck.

  • Add the cheese.

  • A drizzle of oil and bake at 392°F for about 30 minutes.
